I am three years out , still in reconstruction phase, but cannot get the energy level up to exercise. The weight I gained seems to be coming off a little now. But I need to exercise and it feels like the mind is willing but the post cancer fatigue is dragging me down, working 40 hrs and keeping up with 2 kids is all I can manage . any suggestions?

I agree that it's important to think carefully about what the underlying reason is for a website, the dogs example fits the bill perfectly :)
